Cycling For Wellness

October is Cycling for Wellness Month. 

A Pilates and/or Yoga practice is effective for cyclists to stretch, strengthen and release  muscles and to improve posture. 

This workshop is effective for cyclists but also beneficial to athletes of all kinds.
