Introduction to Tai Chi Fundamentals is based on the SUN style. It covers the beginning movements in a step by step process. Watch, follow, show and practice together. Practice will focus on balance, body alignment and relaxed breathing.

Introduction to the essential principles of Tai Chi, including mind and body integration, fluid movements, coordinated breathing and mental concentration.
