5 Elements Qigong

Learn about *Five Element Theory and how it can support health and vitality. Deepen your connection to nature through experiential movement and self-reflection while learning.
Qigong movements related to each of the five elements: • Metal (Lungs, Fall) • Water (Kidneys, Winter) • Wood (Liver, Spring) • Fire (Heart, Summer) • Earth (Spleen, Seasonal Transitions) No experience necessary.
All ability levels welcome. Bring a layer for a brief outdoor segment, weather permitting.
 
*Five Element Theory shows us how the structures and systems within our bodies are interconnected; how we are connected to our environment and the natural world; and how our world is part of the greater universe.
